Refund Policy

Effective May 12, 2026

Because our products are research compounds with strict chain-of-custody requirements, all sales are final once a shipment leaves our facility.

Defective or Damaged Product

If your shipment arrives damaged, leaking, or otherwise compromised, contact sami@vercelresearch.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Approved cases will receive a replacement at our cost.

Wrong Item Shipped

If we ship the wrong compound, dose, or SKU, we will issue a full return label and a replacement at our cost. Notify us within 7 days of delivery.

COA Discrepancy

If your independent verification shows a result outside the COA-stated tolerance, we will refund the order in full and request the affected vial(s) returned for our QA review.
