Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

All orders ship from our U.S. facility via priority mail in temperature-controlled packaging with reusable cold packs. Orders placed before 1pm EST Monday–Friday ship the same business day. Standard transit is 2–4 business days.

Free Shipping Threshold

Orders of $250 or more ship free with same-day fulfillment.

International Shipping

We do not currently ship internationally. U.S. only.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, contact your carrier first and then us within 7 days.
